The nearest international airport to circuit Silverstone is Heathrow International Airport in London. From there you can take the subway to London Central Station. The subway is very easy to use as every line has its own color. You can ask for a map at every subway station. At London Central Station you can take the (Midland) train to Northampton Station. The train you need may vary. From Northampton you can take the bus to circuit Silverstone.
Another possibility is to travel by taxi or rental car. You can find a taxi stand right outside Heathrow Airport, or you can just hail one on the street.
